RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At POSH, our top priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to request a return as long as your purchase meets the criteria outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- You have a generous 14-day window from the delivery date to request a return for your items.
- The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Please note that items marked as final sale or custom-made are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable unless you received the wrong item or with a manufacturing defect.
How to Return an Item
Initiating a Return Request is simple! Log into your POSH account, navigate your order history, and select the item you'd like to return. Then, follow the prompts to start the return process.
For your convenience, we offer a complimentary pickup service for all returns within the UAE. Once your return request is approved, we'll arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your doorstep at a time that suits you.
When packing your abaya for return, please ensure it's in its original packaging with all labels intact. Remember to include any accessories or components that came with the product.
Confirmation of Return
As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, you'll receive an email confirmation. We'll then proceed to process the refund according to your preference.
Refund Process
Rest assured, refunds are processed within seven business days of receiving the returned item. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery payments, refunds will be issued as store credit. Please note that Cash on Delivery fees are not refundable.
In the case of faulty or incorrectly delivered items, shipping fees (for express or same-day delivery) are fully refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the item for a different one, you can easily follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
In the event that the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please reach out to our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order by calling "" or sending a message to Customer Care WhatsApp number "+971564212725". We will promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made abayas or special orders can be returned or refunded only if they arrive damaged.
Items purchased during clearance or on final sale can only be returned if damaged.
International Returns
For our valued customers outside the UAE, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds for international orders are processed within ten business days after the item has been received and inspected.
